    We are looking for a full time Accounts Payable Coordinator.  

     

    Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

    • 3 to 5 yrs prior A/P experience using 2 and 3-way matching.
    • Jamis or Deltek system experience desirable, but not mandatory.
    • Must have strong time management skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
    • Flexible work hours (not necessarily 8 to 5).  OT may be required (at time and a half)

    Requirements:

    • Ability to communicate well at all levels
    • Ability to solve discrepancies with invoices
    • Jamis or Deltek experience
    • Able to work overtime when necessary
