Roles and Responsibilities:
provides on-site technical support by troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and loss of service in an austere location. Acts as mobile field service representative reacting to open repair requests to resolve technical issues in a timely fashion to maintain maximum customer satisfaction. This relates to all Biometric Enrollment Equipment (BEE) including SEEK and its variations, Jump kit and associated hardware and software. This position serves as a technical resource identifying issues and using effective troubleshooting techniques to resolve end user technical issues.
