The Senior Security Specialist

  • Establishes and maintains a process for Sensitive Compartment Information (SCI) security administration
  • Performs security and administrative management of assigned SCI
  • Considers all aspects of security to include personnel security, physical security, operations security (OPSEC), communications security (COMSEC) and intelligence oversight

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts indoctrination briefings, billet and access management, document control and dissemination of substantive intelligence and analytical products
  • Assists in developing security policies and procedures
  • Monitors program performance throughout the life cycle
  • Assists with all phases of personnel adjudicative process actions
  • Controls all courier functions within the program

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of Special Security Office (SSO) experience (18 years relevant experience in lieu of degree)
  • Active TS clearance (with ability to obtain SCI)
