  • Shall provide one person for direct end-users support for system administration, application, and user support for Garrison Mission Information Systems. The work sensitivity designation is NON CRITICAL SENSITIVE-SECRET. In accordance with DoD 8570.1-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, contractor personnel must meet DoD 8570.1M standards for baseline and computing environment.


    Shall operate, manage, maintain and support the Government-owned equipment (GFE) and other supporting components of the Garrison Mission Information Systems (GMIS) environments housed and or operated by the Garrison listed in PWS Annex A. Monitor all monitor all GFE in accordance with DoD, Army, and Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) and best practices for managing government-owned assets and information systems;inlcudes maintain and document all software, licensing, and hardware information for associated systems and their applications. Maintain and document configuration documentation including topology, network diagrams, and interconnections for GMIS. Develop and manage infrastructure management reporting procedures and reports including periodic performance, reliability, maintainability, backup and recovery, and capacity. Conduct periodic reviews and tests to establish performance baselines and monitor performance against baselines. Establish and maintain effective relationships with all necessary Department-level proponents responsible for GMIS in order to ensure collaboration and cooperation in operating and maintaining applications.


    • Shall provide assistance to Garrison with the acquisition of replacement hardware and or software in accordance with CHESS, FAR, and Army regulations.


    • Shall deploy hardware and software as required for GMIS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and or replacement.


    • Shall provide system administration of GMIS housed and or operated by the Garrison.


    • Shall provide for orderly disposition of assets including property book office transfers and turn-in documentation.


    • Shall provide system administration, installation, configuration, testing, and management of the Garrisons systems environment in support of the organization’s IT architecture and business needs.


    • Shall provide delivery of customer support services, including customer assistance in response to garrison and or customer requirements.


    • Shall provide technical assistance for resolving reported problems related to agency GMIS and GMIS applications currently in production.


    • Shall provide support to the Garrison IAM for the Implementation, testing, and maintenance of GMIS Accreditations.


    • Shall serve as a Garrison Customer Technical Representative (GCTRs) who provides, coordinates, and implements the garrison requirements management and delivery of GMIS services to end users. The GCTR provides a direct report to HQ IMCOM-EUROPE for quality assurance.


    Education/Experience required:  

  • Bachelor's degree Preferred
  • 5+ Years experience



  • Secret Clearance
  • IAT II and Windows 7 or 8 Administration

**Position will require you to obtain a work and residency permit upon hire (company paid)
